The scope further included soft landscaping to restore and beautify the surrounding areas, and utility adjustments, such as modifying Telecom pits to align with new surface levels. THE SCOPE
• Removal and disposal of existing concrete footways, driveways, and kerbs.
• Excavation and preparation of the site for new footpaths, vehicular crossings, and pavements, including disposal of surplus spoil off-site.
• Milling of road surface to minimum depths and resurfacing with asphalt (AC10 and AC20) for improved durability.• Construction of new concrete kerbs and gutters to enhance drainage and pedestrian access.
• Installation of concrete footpaths to improve walkability and access, along with the construction of reinforced concrete vehicular crossings for vehicle access.
• Installation of flexible pavements to support varying traffic loads & Implementation of line marking and traffic signs for enhanced road safety and management.
• Placement of topsoil and turf to restore and beautify the surrounding areas.
