ADDITIONAL WORKS
The project was successfully completed, meeting Gilgandra Shire Council’s expectations. All 34 residential lots were fully serviced with modern infrastructure, including the installation of stormwater systems, water and sewer networks, and solar-powered street lighting. The works were carried out with careful consideration to limit disturbances to the surrounding community and were executed in fullcompliance with Australian Standards for civil construction. The newly built roads and footpaths provide enhanced connectivity throughout the subdivision, while the incorporation of NBN and underground power ensures the area is equipped to support future residential expansion.
